On April 27, 2011 I was contacted by an employee of Zurix about hail damage on my roof. After getting the insurance company to ok it, I hired them. They did the work in less than a full work day with about 15 mexicans that didnt speak a word of english and no apparent supervisor which should have been a major red flag. Anyway, the work looked to be good and almost 2 years went by before i noticed water damage in my dining room that never gets used. When I had a repairman come to fix the damage, we discovered that water had been coming through on the top floor in the spare bedroom and running down the wall into the dining room and to the basement along the wall. The inside of the walls were completely covered with mold and we replaced all of the wood inside and much of the floor. We discovered the source to be a broken piece of the paneling from the exterior side of house attached to shingles on garage. The water had come down at a steep angle to be forced in to the side of my house. I noticed the whole area and many different boards all the way up had been damaged due to them tearing the shingles out from under them. The fact that they broke one is no big deal, the fact that they didnt tell me is a huge deal and cost me a lot of money. I contacted the saleman I had dealt with and never got a call back. Months later I got a returned call from Chad Landman after leaving several messages on the company voicemail. He couldnt come up with solutions, only excuses and denied everything. Finally he went to look and I also had a leak above my master bath that i told him about. He agreed with me that pulling the shingles out from under the siding did snap it off and told me they fixed it and the leak above the bathroom. After having all of the repairs done to the interior out of my pocket, I thought I was good to go. Now a year later the water damage is back and completely ruined my walls and hard wood floor again. Come to find out this morning that nothing was ever fixed and Chad lied to me about fixing where the water came in. I come from a family of lawyers and will not let this go this time. Just happened to have insurance inspector at my house this morning and he discovered the source of the damage and pointed out what a horrible job was done. Called Chad immediately and he was full of excuses again. I also went to bathroom upstairs to discover the water spot has gotten a lot worse and they never fixed that either. Stay away from this company! They had nobody that spoke english and nobody to check the work at the end!
