I asked for Abatment for late fees and penalties do to IRS giving new EIN number and to give me a total amount owed too the IRS.They told me I did not qualify for one time forgiveness or abatment because my business was still operating.That was the only thing I was asking for they decided that they wanted to set me up with an enstallment plan without a chance for abatment..After 6 months they wanted to charge me 5,000 for missing files that IRS said they had.I only owed 11,000 then they wanted to charge me 1,800 for abatment filing that they said I didnt qua;ify for until I caught them in a lie.
The IRS said I did qualify and that zip tax needed to give the agent who said I didnt.Thats when they changed thier mind,They where never up front and honest and always wanted to allocate more exspense for work not done.By this company once caught in lie they tried to give me some excuse and tried to tell me after being set up they would had advise me to go for abatment when this was clearly told sereval time I didnt qualify.I only qualify if I gave them more money,Loren Armstrong misleading and lying for Zip TAX lawyers
