Zilchex Krey blatantly advertises internet services on YouTube, Facebook, Spiceworks and LinkedIn to name a few. For a fee in excess of $200 USD he purports to help inividuals recover lost passwords, etc. His post reads (verbatim),
My team & I offer the best hacking services. We can hack or recover any email id,mobile phone,FACEBOOK & website servers & grant our clients access..We always provide proof before payment so you know you are not being ripped off.Send me a mail ""[email protected]"".We try to reply every client ASAP & execute the project in the quickest time-frame possible.""
Zilchex indicates he accepts payment via Western Union ONLY. He also provides customers with EXPLICIT instructions on how the Western Union payment is to be made. For example I was instructed that the payment is to be sent to ABDUL UMAR in NIGERIA (LAGOS), and to list as the secret question, ""FAVORITE COUNTRY"" followed by answer as ""FRANCE"". I realize after the fact that the ""proof"" he sent was a fake screenshot.
All communication was via E-mail. I was repeatedly assured that I would receive the information I paid for within five minutes of his agent making the Western Union pickup. Prior to taking my money Zilchex was very responsive to my e-mails. As soon as he had my money he ceased communicating. Hours later he e-mailed me to say that ""my agent was arrested"". I thought what does that have to do with me. Perhaps it's because you committed fraud. Zilchex Krey aka Milosevic is nothing but a scam artist and a fraud. People, do not be fooled by this. This man is a liar and a cheat. There is a good reason why most credit card companies decline to make Western Union transactions and that is because of the high incidence of FRAUD. What this ultimately means is that you will send cash to this jerk. It is near impossible to get your money returned even if it was sent using Western Union. Additionally, the transaction pickup takes place in another country. Too add insult to injury Zilchex knew I was unemployed. This did nothing to stop him from taking my money.
I have proof in the form of the dozens of e-mail that was sent for the period 4/6/14 - 4/15/14 and the original Western Union receipt for when I made my $200 cash payment. In the meantime I have filed reports with the local police department, Western Union, IC3 and the FTP as well as notifying YouTube and Facebook of this sham artist.
