Zazeen offers a "free" month trial of their IPTV service that includes unlimited internet. I was assured of a specific price ($109) that would proceed after. All They wanted was a $100 deposit. When my first month was over I received a bill that costed $149.05. I immediately responded with an email to cancel my service in an attempt to save my deposit. Zazeen responded by telling me I was too late (1 day)and had to proceed with another month before I could cancel. This flies in the face of the CRTC law that prohibits internet providers from demanding a 30 notice of cancellation. This company is flagrantly ripping off people despite the law. I strongly encourage anyone with similar problems to file your complaint with the CRTC.
I got a phone call from an executive from the company shortly after sending them the link to my previous report. After a lengthy discussion, he promised me that I would get my deposit back and that he was more concerned with figuring out where they had gone wrong than anything.
Since then I have not heard back from the company, nor have I gotten any of my funds returned. They are thieves and I wouldn't wish this company's business upon my worst enemy.
I decided to try a television service that was not a major carrier. I wanted to run with a little guy and see if I could save some money at the same time.
This iptv service ""Zazeen"" what absolutely terrible from the beginning. Bad picture, it had very little HD, the picture was not even fit to the screen on most channels. Overall it was a horrible service. They offer a ""30 day free trail"" which ended up being a total scam.
The only problem is that when you call to cancel they tell you to email support to get a cancellation. Then you wait for their response to inform you where to send your hardware (set top box) in order to get a refund. This email never comes, and when I called back to inquire after 5 days, they acted confused when I read them the ticket number and the told me that they would call me back.
I waited another week for this call and then called back. At which point, my ""30 day free trial"" was up. Now I owe for the boxes and the shipping as well as next month's service. WHAT A SCAM!
Don't ever even consider buying this service. They are a horrible company.
