If you are a consumer without a computer you are asked to pay 15000.00 for a peice of crap lot sight unseen...that isn't worth anything and is all over grown with vegatation...he has these creeps working there with bad records...and they call you and send you a fed ex package... and then he tells you he has a buyer and it is in the contract they are not reponsible to find a buyer so they are liars...so you pay it off get your deed and find out it is a total scam...do not fall for what is in fed ex package it is not real...next what is worse soon it will be time to pay the POA dues which means property owners association which he makes the people pay...but he is the owner until the people get thier deed.. all the clients are either elderly or disabled and when you work for him and find out it is a scam he threatens you and stalks you...LOL and doesn't pay you for the days you were asked to work for his scam...once everyone sees what a creep he is they run for the door and never get paid... he is scary!

The person who wrote that statement applied for a position with Fairway Cove and was turned down after a background check revealed several arrest by the Hollywood and Dania Police Authorities. Needless to say she was not hired and was told to never apply for any position with this company. After several months of Harassment by Barbara Dolan AKA TAZ, a permanent restraining order was placed on her as of 10/28/2014 by Circuit Judge Michael G. Kaplan. Case No. 33140-137146.
The property we represent is located in a 5 star rated community called Fairfield Glade which is located in Crossville, Tennessee. As a Tennessee Corporation, we are allowed to represent this highly rated community and have done so for the past 22 years. My company has no interest on ownership of any property in the State of Florida. Our billing department is located in Florida along with our property owner association’s responsibility of collecting POA Dues for Fairfield Glade Communities. It is unfortunate that someone like Barbara Dolan can be allowed to manipulate the system by writing to companies like yourself who has an obligation to check out the real facts.
Fairway Cove, Inc. has an excellent reputation in the Community for the past 22 years and has funded many new projects in the Fairfield Glade Community. Please remove the distorted picture your company put on Google as it is the right thing to do. We have probably lost thousands of dollars due to the inappropriate information erroneously put on Google.
