Zach sold me a lemon and knew it. I bought the car from zach because he told me the car had a warranty and it was in writing. He also told me the car just had a new transmission put in and it was under warranty. Zach lives in Greenville and when I agreed to buy the car he agreed to bring it to me. I thought that was very nice. Everything checked out at first so I purchased the car and drove it home. The next morning the car would not go into gear. I called zach he told me he forgot it did it to him but it was air in the lines. He told me a transmission place close to his house looked at it and said that was what it was.
I asked for the number of the place and the address he gave it to me. He told me get it there it is 100% under warranty and he would pay the $100.00 deductible. I have it towed there, the mechanic said he never looked at it before just talked to them on the phone but air in the lines is not possible therefore he said he did not say that. Zach authorized them to pull the transmission so the did, he still informing me that it is covered. they pulled it and found it was not covered under warranty. Zach said he would still take care of it at least 8-10 times. The final bill came of $1130.00 and he stopped answering my calls.
He told me that he was talking to an attorney who was his neighbor and until he heard from him he wasn't gonna do anything. He also told the transmission place he wasn't gonna pay anything toward the repair after he told the repair guy and myself several times he was. Now I'm stuck paying the bill when all I did was trust a person who puts on a front of a good person, but in reality is so selfish that he can't even make right his lies. I just wanted to let everyone who comes into contact with him that he did nothing but lie to me to get my money and leave me high and dry. Please be careful if you do ANY kind of business with Zach, I think he only cares about himself. Thanks for listening.
