I gave them Money to Help find me a HOME to BUY and they sent house to looke at but none of the phone numbers are active to call people so i called American Standerd and REQUESTED my money back and they told me to send 5 letters of deinal and i did. i waited now 2 weeks i didnt get no REFUND so i called them back and the lady said the Address is not correct on the website so i asked her for it and she would give it to me. she got very Rude with me and hung up i really want my $199.00 back
