I placed a order with this company via enternet on Nov.30th 2013. The amount of the purchace was 64.00$.This was a Christmas gift for my son, so when it had not arrived by the second week in Dec.I started making calls to the company.They assured me that it would be here by Christmas. When it still had not arrived by Dec.20th I called again and again was assured that the item was in stock and would be here by Christmas.After NOT recieving the item bby Dec.26 again I placed a call and again was assured that the package was on it's way.On Jan.6th I recieved a phone call from Yohiba stating that they needed my physical address because the package could not be sent to a p.o. box. I thouroughly read the shipping instructions when I placed the order and Never was anything mentioned about not shipping to a p.o.box! It is now Jan.13 and still no package! Not sure what my next action will be but PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company is ridiculous. I ordered something a few weeks ago and emailed them twice, no answer. I'm about to call my credid card co and have them reverse the charge. I read a report against them to which they responded stating at length how they had a break in and lost all their computers blah blah blah... you're a company in business for 37 years and you couldn't get up and running to notify your consumers? it took them 5 months just to REPLY to the complaint! said they were back up and running, new facility and all... BS. They should be offering 50% off if not full refunds to their defrauded customers. Regardless of what "misfortunes" they've been dealing with. They're a business, they assumed that risk when they opened their doors. Absolutely unbelievable. They might as well just move to China themselves. If your company was robbed and you can't do business.. shut down the website moron! put up a note. did you do any of this? NO! You are liars, deceptionists and if you cared about any of your customers instead of your wallets, you would shut it down until 1) you get it together or 2) you go to jail for stealing.
On Dec 14, 2014 I placed an online order for cake supplies with Yohiba.com. I received an email receipt and order confirmation same day. My credit card was charged same day also. Shipping was estimated at 5-8 days.
On 12/19/14 I sent an email inquiring about order status. I received a response on 12/24 that the order status changed to Awaiting Shipment. As of 12/30/14 I still had not received my order, so I emailed again for an update. I have also tried logging on to their website and it says I have no order.
I have called and left 5 messages for information, with no callback. I have since sent emails on 1/2/15, 1/5/15, 1/9/15, 1/17/15, and 1/23/15. I received an apology email on 1/23/15 stating how they moved from California to New Mexico and were working 24/7 to get shipments out, claiming to have brought more employees on board. The email listed new addresses to send inquiries to, but still no response from them. As of today, 1/27/15 I still do not have my order. On 1/26/15 I filed a credit card dispute form with my bank to try and get my $10.18 back. I'm at least thankful it wasn't for more than $10!
This company claims to be a small, veteran owned business and they still have a website up and running. I filed a complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE!!!!!
Order have when unfilled for over a month, unable to get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. Send several emails but no one is replying and i am unable to get in contact with anyone to return my money.
