My name is Jon and me and my fiance purchased a vehicle through car express in pittsburgh. They suggested us to purchase an extended warranty through this company and it has been a nightmare. Our vehicle broke down the other day and need an ignition module replaced. But the dealer we took our vehicle to be fixed called it a win module so they won't cover that because of the name. So I called the repair shop and asked them to tell exactly what was the ignition module for my vehicle and they said it was the part that needed replaced. So I called the warranty company back and told them what I was told and they said that the repair shop need to call them and explain that to them. So they called and still denied the repair. So we called them back and my fiance told them that we wanted a copy of the denial report and to see the part that they are entering into their system and they said they couldn't give us that info. Why not, do they have something to hide? I think it sound fishy to me. So we told them we would contact our attorney to handle the situation and they transferred her to the cancelation department. So all in all I would not ever deal with this company. They are rip offs and don't care about their customers. Now We Are Without A Car And Have Three children and can't go any where. We are are very disappointed with this company.
