I went on allnaturalcleanse.com on 9-22-2014, to look at and the purchase a few of their products after reading about Presidents Choice Bpollen.
I purchased $166.95 worth of products on 9-22-2014, and the transaction cleared my bank.
1 item of the order was not in the shipment when it arrived.
I called and was told it would be a few days, and it should be in and would be shipped.
I said no problem, I will look for it next week.
I waited until Oct 27 to call and say, just credit it back.
I received an email saying I would receive an email when the credit was processed.
Keep in mind, at this point the merchant, has held my money for 32 days, I have paid the CC bill in full, and he is screwing around with the refund. I emailed back saying so the refund will be done tomorrow, he sent back the same thing, saying I will get an email when the refund is processed.
39 days after the I purchased, and this merchant took my money, failed to ship the complete order, omitting a $36.00 item, I am still waiting for the refund. PayPal, (his transaction processor claimed they always gave the funds back until resolution was complete, has still not credit the $36.00.
Then this guy had the gual to say, they take orders, even if they don't have the product in stock.
I was indicated on the web site in the shopping cart, that there were more in stock than I was ordering, so it appear this guy, does a bit of bait and switch, and even after 32 days, when I said hey just credit the $36.00 back, he started, and as late as this morning 10-29-2014, has been sending harrassing emails telling me it will be 60 days for the refund, all over $36.00.
I told him I more than likely would not order from him again, and about 2 emails later, told me he has the right to refuse to process anyone order. This company, under all him names, is weird guy, asnd I would not do business with him!
