World-Wide-Malls Reviews
I joined World-Wide-Malls in August 2014when a man namedMike Green called me about a a work from home
opportunity. He was from marketing & advertisingdept. I was skeptical at first, but he said when you are set up
with your website you become an Amazon Affiliate and the agreement you sign says money back guarantee so
I was sold.
Anyway I thought about it Mike called me everyday I fineally aggreed and paid $5,695.00 U.S. through paypal to
Jim Cavalier. The website was only partially set up so I called customer service Anna Diets. No answer. Called
Mike no answer. I found out in Dec 2014 neither person was there anymore. The new person then was Linda
Clark.
My agreement was for 6 months signed on Sept.15,2014. My money should have been returned by March 15,
2015. No one will answer my e-mails or phone calls. I have left several messages both ways that I want my
money back. As of today I still have not heard anything from them and still do not have my money back. I did
not make a cent from this site.
I have some of the e-mails and the agreement and the paypal document if you need me to fax it to you. I also
had the documents sent to their office by Canada Post Express. I know they received them as it had to be signed
for. Being unemployed and no money I can't get a lawyer or anyone to help me.I really need this money.
I have also reported them to Better Business Bureau in Phoenix Arizona and the Consumer Complaint Agency &
they have been unsuccessful. I also sent all my documents to Arizona Attorney General Phoenix Office. It has
been turned over to Civil Litigation DivisionConsumer Protection & Advocacy Section June 24,2015. They will tell
me when they get a response from World-Wide-Malls.
They cannot provide legal advice of course, but they will try to resolve the matter. I hope they can reolve it and ge
t my money back. I have seen a few complaints about this company, but I don't know if they have contacted
the Attorney General, but they should. The more complaints the better (Class Action Law Suit) or some other
punishment for hurting and scamming innocent people.
