Let me first say I did get the ring and it is worth what I paid for it. However, the experience was terrible and I would never recommend this company to anybody.

First I put a deposit on the ring to lock into the price. I am self employed and my business is seasonal so I had a year to finish paying for it. Many months went by and then came my busy season. As busy season was ending I decided to check on my "order". It did not show up anywhere on the web site. I though hmmmm...

I ended up getting in touch with a lady on the phone who could barely speak english probably from south of the border. I get an email saying they had changed thier online data base. What a crock!...they just pocketed the money and thought I forgot...

I did get confirmation of my deposit and decided to proceed even knowing that the first incident was a bad sign...I liked the ring. BTW my fiance gave me info she had found on researching the internet. She later told me it was an example of what she liked.....she had not done research on the company.....arrgg.....

So now I am stuck with this company because I had picked out the ring...now it gets really fun dealing with these people........

I had made maticulous plans for a key west proposal....I gave someone over the phone my debit card and the dollar amount....a couple of weeks go by and the charge did not go through.......another bad sign....so I call and they say it will be run through when the ring is ready......hmmmmm...

Finally the ring is "ready"...they run the charge through...I though yay...this torture is over...but nooooo...Friday comes the day we are leaving....no ring....oh they gave me a fedex number but I used to own a shipping business...there was no tracking information.....bad...bad sign...you can creat labels all day long and never ship anything.....

So we head out...no ring....I am miserable driving to Key West.....when we get there I get on the phone...I talk to the owner...a guy named Alan.......get this...he says the ring is not ready......two days in key west and he tells me this....I am even more miserable...and tells me they have another one very similar with designs on it....

I get on the website and take one look...omg...ugly as hell...I check the one they have of my ring...I notice the price is about $400 higher....ah hah........I locked in.....value went up...trying to keep thier margin up high and wanting to send me an ugly ring.....I can't believe this!!!!

To say I was angry...just don't go there....there could be children reading this...........I demand my ring and tell this "Persian" to send it to my Key West address...he takes the key west address....meanwhile we are 5 days in key west no ring...I am just at a total loss trying to keep a lid on this whole mess...lucky my lady understood and was patient.....

So....they finally fedex the ring.....................to my home!!!!!!.......not to key west!!!....lucky I had knowledge of how fed ex works....got lucky..very nice lady who understood my pathetic situation.....she immediately got it back from the local truck and sent it to Key West....on Friday...one week later............

I then could relax and propose at a french restaurant.........

I have had no communication with the company and never will...I took the ring to a jewler in our town and verified it's worth and what I paid for it....lucky me......it was worth what I paid for it and the quality was very good.......but........after all this and the ruining of several days of my time on the island the phrase for everyone reading this is caveat emptor!

I ordered an engagement ring from Allen, the owner of this company, on 2/8/14. The ring was received with severe damage to the platinum setting which is questionably genuine platinum because it turned yellow after just a couple of weeks. A replacement ring was sent the following month with a center stone that was yellow in color (I upgraded to an "F" colorless diamond) and showed a large inclusion to be seen by the naked eye (despite the fact that I upgraded the clarity to a VS, which by definition shouldn't have had inclusions to be seen by the naked eye). I contacted Allen, the owner, again on 4/10/15 to resolve this new issue and he has yet to follow through or even return my calls. It is now 4/22/14; I am currently contemplating legal action and have filed a case with the BBB, which Allen claims to have an A+ rating with. This company fails in service and product consistency. Aside from lacking in general business ethic they are falsely advertising and passing products off as more valuable than they are (in layman's terms). ..... I strongly advise that anyone who is considering making a purchase with this organization evaluate my experiences as well as others who have taken to the web to voice their experiences. There is a high probability that this will happen to you.
