First off I want to start by saying I am a certified firefighter and EMT. I know the importance of studying. This program is a complete waste of your time and money. I paid nearly $1200 just for the class. Over 75 percent of the class failed the exam and the quarter that passed it said no one has ever heard of this certification. They wasted their money and moved on. I personally didn't trust them first off after hearing them so I went to retake the test. Mind you they even wanted me to pay an extra $75 to show a stretch for your gluteals because my tester side my stretch was considered a gluteal exercise that a stretch. Bullshit. So before retaking the test I called wits to confirm that this was the right test and it was a retake of the previous test I had taken. I got to the testing center and the test was 100% different. I ended up missing it by one question. At that time I was over $1300 in the hole. But I didn't stop there I wanted to retest again thinking that the next retest would be the previous test I had taken. The un enthusiased person They had answering the phones told me my next test would be the previous test I had taken. So I studied and studied then got there and it was a completely different test once again. This was the third test wits had given me. After missing this one by two questions I called and complained. He stated that he never had told me this would be the same test. I asked him why it would be considered a retest if you were not being retested on the previous test you had taken. He was at a loss for words. Since I filled my retest twice I could not demonstrate the gluteal stretch that I had already paid $75 for. He told me the test was nonrefundable. So I asked him How it benefited them by keeping $75 that I can't even show for by taking the gluteal test. He kept telling me it was nonrefundable. Just to give you an idea of their customer service I paid almost $1500 and they would not refund me a simple $75 hoping that I would take the program again.
