Sent a friend request from at freebies.com sent a message to me who said that I won one million dollars and a 2015 Chevrolet at the end I just needed to send 297.00 someone would call me which the did with that mid eastern accent at 11:30 at night wherever he was I'm sure it was morning did not fall for the scam the woman's name is Kerry Brown yes she had a Facebook page but if you look at it it's phoney no pictures no friends please you have to get up a little earlier to get my money
They notified that I won 100,000$ and a Mercedes Benz C class. I went and aid the 100$ and when I got home they said I had to go back and send more money after I had told them I had no money left.
While scanning facebook, I was sent a friend request from womanfreebies.com on instant messenger. I accepted and started a conversation where they informed me I had won the 2015 grand prize sweepstakes. They said I won 1 million dollars, new car and bonus prizes.
They stated that they would come to my house by 11:45 the morning of July 21 to award the prizes to me. They asked for my full name, address and zip code. Which I gave them still asking them if this was for real. They said it is 100% legitimate that i won the prizes.
They then asked that I locate a western union, walmart or money gram to get a claimers receipt to get the confirmation process completed for them to be at my house the next day. I knew it was a scam then and told them just as I thought, a scam. They never responded back to me at this statement.
Got contacted on Facebook by Yendi that I won the Nike tennis shoes and also a new Ford F-150 truck and $250,000.00. Gave my information. Got contacted by Head manager in text, said I had to pay $200 claiming fee which would be refunded I had to send it to Tanika Haye in Kingston Jamaica West Indies which I did. They said they would be here as soon as claimiing process was finished. Then they said I was required to complete final process I needed 3 "gold eagle stamp" each cost $500 each. Said they had just been notified by the IRS that it was the final process. I did not have that much money. They wanted me to get a loan so I could continue process I would not do that. They asked what I could come up with, I told them my check would be $250 and they said to send that and sponsor would cover the rest.
I sent it to the same address as earlier. They told me they would be there within 45 minutes. I texted and asked when they were going to be there 45 minutes later, they said they were setting the cameras. At 4:20 I asked when they said"now". I waited and 15 minutes later they said they had just got a call that I would need a state to state stamp. They said I would need $500 for final they would cover the rest but they couldn't cover all of it which was $3000. I told them I did not have that kind of money. They got demanding and said "you need to get the cash and completethis final process right now".
They kept saying this is real 100% ligit. "This is real go send the money right now". I told them I just want my money back that I did not have $500 to complete. They told me it was in processing system. They would give me until my next payday I told them I could not afford to send anymore money. On July 19 they asked if I was ready to complete the process I told them I did not have the money I just want my money back. They wanted me to send them my Social Security #, I told them NO I don't give my # to anyone that I wasn't stupid. They sent me a text that said "You're a f****** idiot" " I tried everything for you to receive your winnings and you're behaving like a lunatic" "I'm going to send you back your money right now and block you from our website" You're an idiot" "your an a******"
Later "just here me out I mean it this time you have this done and there's any other process I will brake them all just for you to receive". On July 21 they wanted to knowif I was ready to complete the claim in process. I told them I do not have any money. They sent this text "Okay we're going to just go ahead leave you alone and give your winning to someone else have a great life". I asked when I would get my money back and they said "you don't need your winnings that means your rich so we will give your cash to charity" "I don't care what you think" . I still have most of the texts that was sent back and forth.
I was contacted separately by the two people above through instant message. Asked me all personal info and both told me I won 50,000 and a new car and they would be at my house in an hour. I needed to first go to Walmart and get them $200. Then $250 and give them the receipt number and when they got here I would be reimbursed.. What a con!
No prize awarded to me that I won on Feb.7th, 2015 in a shoesday nike giveaway. I was never contacted, or emailed, or nothing like that, and I just want what's rightfully mine that I won!!
