I purchased a wolf hybrid puppy from "Anne" at wolfhuskypups.com. She was really pushy with almost daily emails, "Are you interested?" I finally got permission from my landlord to get a dog and thus paid for a puppy that I had chosen. She told me that she would be in my town during Thanksgiving so she will deliver the dog to us free of charge. Tuesday before thanksgiving was the last email saying "I will tell you the place and time asap." Tuesday night rolls around - nothing. I email and call her leaving a VX on Wednesday.....twice. Nothing. Thursday, same thing. Friday, day of delivery, she emails me in the afternoon saying that someone stole the puppy and the mom or let them out while she was here in vegas.... She gave me a choice of another puppy or a refund.
1. I thought you would bring the dog with you while you were in Vegas so that makes ZERO sense.
2. I want a refund.
She told me she would process the refund as soon as she got home. Saturday afternoon - no response. I email her and asked her about the refund and 5 mintues later I get a notice from paypal (the purchase method) that refunds were being processed.
Three days later I get an email from paypal saying that the refund was not accepted due to the funds not being available from the senders bank - aka bounced check.
I have emailed and called - no response - AND she disconnected her voice mail.
I have filed a claim with paypal and filed a police report with Henderson, PD.....
Now I just have to play the waiting game.
Do not purchase from this woman or this company. I should have listened to the reports. I sincerly regret not going with my gut and hoping for the best.
