Where do I start? I got a call from a sales rep at Wisdek sometime in June. I was skeptical about this company, so I did some research. I could not find the company anywhere on Google (ranking I should say). I spoke with the rep and the rep told me that they are no longer investing in "organic search results" because they get too many calls. They represent only a few in each industry. First Lie!
The rep was very persistant; too persistent if you ask me. I needed SEO to boost my system and thought I would try it for 3 months (first month was free). They even waved the setup fee. At rthe end of 3 months, I was told that they would charge the set up fee. It was not in our contract. The details of set up fee was on their Website in fine print (terms and conditions). Second Lie!
I spoke with another SEO company and they told me that you cannot remove organic search results. They come and go naturally and Google penalizes all businesses who do Black Hat SEO practices, hence why they are no longer ranking. My advise: Do a google search of SEO and call the first three companies that appear.
In addition to SEO, I signed up for PPC Unlimited. I learned after 1 month that PPC Unlimited was not really PPC Unlimited; it was PPC Limited. When the PPC poor rep went over the budget, he called trying to get more money out of me.
The only good things about this company is:
CS, Tania Malinovskaia, sweetest girl I've met. Always answers the phone cordially and investigates all complaints thoroughly. Difficult to believe she is not in management.
Andrei Bradu. Despite the small set back, I believe that he managed my PPC campaign well. Very cordial.
The bad:
- Sergei Barkhatov, SEO Rep. I consider him borderline. He made an attempt to help me and my business. Then again, his hands were tied, and everything had to go through management.
- Sales. Need to use better tactics. It's hard to believe that an SEO company would not involve itself in organic search results.
- I was told that my website needed updating, so they recommended that I speak to Eugene Lapitski. I believe Mr. Lapitski needs to clean out his ears. His web design solutions were no where near my budget.
