I would stay far away from this store. I recently was in the mall when a sales associate (which turned out to be the manger) talked me into switching from Verizon over to Sprint.
He told me several things that were 100% untrue in order to have me sign up. Within one week I talked with customer service at Sprint and was informed that my bill would be 27$ more then promised per month and that I was being charged $500 for a phone I was plainly told was free however I had to deal with the store directly to cancel.
To make matters worse I went down to the store to try to cancel within the 14 day allotted time period and was told they were not able to cancel until I speak with the same rep who signed me up who conveniently was not there. For the next week I tried unsuccessfully to reach that person to cancel and they absolutely would not allow me even though it is the policy. They avoided and blew me off until after the 14 day period. Now there is nothing anyone can do and they want to charge me 500$ or have me pay $27 per month more then I was told at sign up.
I have spent hours on the phone with them as well as Sprint and can honestly say this is the least integrity I have ever seen in a company.
I was plainly lied to in order to make a sale and they absoulty refused to let me cancel even though it is the policy and still refuse to take any responsibilty.
