I used preston for some time now and once it was a good service. I believe it has changed hands since then. I could always call and a nice gentleman would answer my questions take my custom orders and they were delivered quickly however, that is no longer the case. I have called and two weeks I never received no call I also emailed again no one answered. I emailed every day for 2 weeks I finally got a call and by then I had to order from another company and I was asked what was my question I stated I no longer remembered what it was plus it was already ordered from another company. A few months later I had to renew my membership I needed to know what the renewal fee was (it is not the same as when you first became a member) again the same old song and dance. This time they sent me a link to the renewal fee I was just about to pay it and it hit me WHY? I can never get any customer service of any kind I thanked them I stated just that and that I was not going to reccomend their site where I work. Funny thing I received an email almost immediately after that. The email contained some capital letters in (yelling at me) they accused me of spamming because I sent so many emails and this was illeagal. I wrote back and stated that I was only telling them something was wrong with their customer service and it was also illeagal to claim the only communication is by email this is false information. I even pointed out on your faq's other people were having the same problem take the hint. So for any one out their remember if you order from them pray that your order is correct and that you never have to contact them.
