Windy Nation inc ebay seller Amazon is all over the internet with their low price solar panels which one can only assume from their ad are good quality panels. This garbage does not output half of the rated power advertised. The customer service is terrible and good luck with collecting on the power output warranty. I believe any product can have a bad rap or you can get a bad panel however upon doing research I found this video.
Appearantly I am not the only one to have the same experience with these products. Also the charge controller that was sent with the panel was complete junk. Before I wrote this a looked around and saw them actually write a possitive review for the product on a complaint site. That seals it for me. In full sunlight you can expect to get half of the rated power from this product
