Windsor Auction House issues Phony Certificates of Appraisals on all items they sell.
I purchased two pieces of jewlery which Windsor stated had a monetary value of approximately $12,000. These items came with a certificate of appraisal from American International Gemologist (AIG). After I purchased these items for approx $2000 I took the jelwery to EGL Gemology Laboraory for an appraisal to verify the AIG apprasal. The apprisal from EGL gemologist showed that the jewlery was of no value. I called Windsor to get a return but they refused to accept a return and finally they only issued a partial return. Ron "the Manager/Auctioneer" is the person I communicated with. The AIG apprisal which Windsor gave me is fake and over inflated. I checked the buisness information of AIG and found that the owner of this appraisal company is Ron Varsha. THe same owner of Windsor Auction House. The AIG is a bogus company set up to issue phony certificates of appraisal for all the items they sell. I issued a complaint to the better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission and I communicated with an attorney as well. I am also complaining to the Busness Comsumer Alliance group as well.
Windsor Auction House have been perpetuating this scam for many years. There are many complaints against WIndsor Auction Hosue that you can see from a simple Google search. Ronen Varsha also posts positive feedback to try and minimize all the legitimate negative complaints from his customers which he scammed.
To shut down Windsor Auction House people must call the Federal Trade Commission and issue a complaint. They will initial an investigation the more complaints they receive and will issue a class action lawsuit against Windsor Auction House. 877-382-4357
