I was with my wife shopping at Ikea in Renton, WA. I went to buy some things at the register and my wife went to do more shopping at Ikea. She took her and mine cellphone with her. After I made a purcahse I needed to call her. I found pay phone at Ikea and decided to call her. I used my debid card, thinking that I will be charged some change for short call. I called my wife 2 times but she did not anwer. Then I called thirt time we spoke less then one minute. After coming home and checking my debit card I was charged $18 per call that is $54. $54 for three calls that lasted less then one minute! I called their customer service, they explained that it was my mistake for using a card intead of coins. They add lots of extra miscalleneus charges when you used credit or debit. I will never used their phones again. They have a legal right to scam people. $17.50 for a call that is less then 1 minute? I can buy a prepaid phone and 60 minutes for less then $17.50. People be careful, their phone are not only at Ikea stores but also in airports and other public places. SCAM!
