this company has the worst customer service I have dealt with. I ordered a NOS rear main rope seal that their website says it will fit any L4 or F4 134cuin jeep engine. when is installed the seals there was a clear 1/8 inch gap between the seal and the crank. He told me that would happen because the L4 and F4 use two different cranks. I told him the service manual said it uses the neoprene seals. He told me you could. I told him I would like to try those out instead since these do not work. He wanted to charge me for the new ones and refuses to give me a refund for the rope style that will not work even though his website said they would. when I told him I don't think I should have to pay again for his website giving wrong info he changed his story that his website was right and it will fit and then hung up on me. I also purchased a fuel tank sending unit that was not working with the fuel gauge installed so I had to call back and talk to a lady because he apparently did not want to speak with me.
I told the lady I needed to know what the ohm rating was on the sending unit so I could match it to a fuel gauge. She told me to hold on and I heard her ask him in the back ground and he started yelling that he didn't know and they don't have info like that. She got back on the phone and said they don't know.
Once they get your money they could care less about helping you even when the mistake is theirs. I will also report to BBB.
