I went to pick up a car from Willie Peeples thinking I was purchasing a car from the dealership. I later found out that it was his personal car, he had other parties name as co owner, he was financed through capital one and filed bankruptcy and capital one was searching for the car due to non payment. complete ripoff and fraud.
