I received a letter from mr. John McNabb stating that I won 2 million dollars if I returned 12.99 they could process my request. I sent the form back with no money. Today I received another letter this one from William MacDougal stating that I need to send 12.99 in order to get the hold off my prize. I Googled these people's name online and found that they have been scamming people since 2012. Why can't anyone find these guys especially since this scam has apparently been going on for quite sometime. ..
