I placed an order for a lens (also called the Expander) and a small $49 green laser back in December 2014. After waiting months and receiving several status updates I sent an email asking where the items were. I was told they had been sent back from customs weeks earlier and that I would receive a refund. I've waited over six months and have contacted them numerous times, the most recent resulted in this on 6/24/2015:
Hi Ed,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Your order ******* is on queue for urgent refund.
Our processor has not yet lifted the limit.
The management is working with our processor on this.
We have marked your refund priority so its gets refunded right away as soon as its lifted.

It is now 7/12/15 and I still have not seen a refund. This company has stolen my money, plain and simple.
I contacted the issuer of my credit card, Target Card Services, and they said there was nothing they could do and I should take it up with the seller. Thanks for nohing, Target Card Services.
I purchased a laser via the Wicked Lasers Website on November 1st 2014 for $139.96. I was told to expect delivery of the item in 2 to 4 weeks. On the 17th of November I received an email saying that the laser had been shipped. The email listed a tracking number and an estimated arrival date. When I entered the tracking number it listed a delivery address somewhere in the Midwest. When I called wicked lasers I was told there was some kind of mistake and they would call me back in 48 hours with the details.
I received no call so I called back and asked again what the status of the shipment was and got the same response. I called again 2 weeks later and asked, and the individuals have no clue what has happened. They claim to not have any ability to track these orders or handle any kind of refund or re-ordering. I have called and emailed several times since then and have had zero responses. Order was placed on 1 November and it is now the 8th of January. This is completely unacceptable. If this is not resolved using this forum then I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.
