THIS SHOP IS INCOMPETENT, ILLEGAL, INCONSIDERATE, AND JUST PLAIN WRONG. KEPT MY TRUCK FOR OVER A MONTH, "REPLACE" PARTS THAT WERE STILL NEW. CAUSED NEW PROBLEMS, UNDERESTIMATED MY INTELLIGENCE, CONTINUED TO LIE ABOUT WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE. ACCEPTED MY MONEY(SENT DIRECTLY FROM INSURANCE) AND LET MY TRUCK SIT OUTSIDE THE SHOP IN THE PARKING LOT FOR WEEKS, NEVER CALLED ME TO UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS, WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO THE SHOP THE OWNER LEFT OUT THE BACKDOOR. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY LAWSUIT.
This shop has completley scammed me. They are liars and did not repair ONE thing on my vehicle. They kept it for over 30 days, collected my payment of over 1000.00 and never called to give me any updates or information. I still have no diagnosis or receipt for the "replaced parts". When I called the shop to get a status every person I spoke wih had different information. Finally when I began to get fed up with the incompetent mechanic or florr shop supervisor I spoke to the owner who plainly said "They do not know how to fix the truck at this point" . I am definetley looking forward to this lawsuit.
