ROY LEE WHOLESALE HAIR PIECE SCAM... I think he's going broke as he was okay 6 years ago. Mr Roy Lee of Wholesale hairpieces says he's honest but he is not! He claims you can buy a custom hairpieces but you can't. He pretends to take your order sends you something that is years old and looks like it has been tossed in the bin and taken out again. He does not refund your money for any reason and his exchange claims are non existant.
If you have an issue with him he will not honour it at all as he doesnt know the meaning of the word. I re-sent the rubbish he sent me at his request and he pretended to be professional about it BUT HE was NOT!. He wont even contact you to tell you he received it! He will not confirm your order before he sends it out! This guy is nothing but a JERK and has no idea on how to run a business, thats obviuosly why he is resulting to ripping people off!
If you question him about why he has not contacted you to he starts being rude; claiming he has hundereds of email LOL.... He then passes the buck blaming you for what he clearly never intended to do.... give you a custom hairpiece. He said that I did not relay my request correctly but never conatacted me to clarify it either??? I have been doing this for 10 years now i have never had an issue with anyone else before.
What he sent me was a piece from 6 years ago the order I got was completely different, in base, in hair colour, in template design!!! He is nothing short of arrogant and thinks he can hide behind his computer ripping people off. He will accuse you of being a haubitual complainer and comes up with all this crap that is not true and then cuts you off!
He has no intention of doing anything but take your money and I would not deal with him at all! He does not offer PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD because they are disputable. I used paypal this time but it did me NO GOOD as you only have 45 days to dispute and he takes well over 90 days to process your pretend order! READ HIS SITE YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED AT ALL!
He is nothing but a SCAMMER and a shonky coward that gives you nothing and then blocks your email thinking you'll go away while he enjoys your money!
