These people are operating a fradulent company where they make their customers sign contracts, collect deposits, and do not follow through with their services. I hired this company to transport two vehicles. When it came time for them to picku up my cars nobody showed up! These peopel will not answer phone calls, text messages, or emails.
If intersted see below for a more detailed description of what happened:
I was moving from Chino, California (zip 91710), to Houston, TX (77043) and I inquired on a website for vehicle transportation quotes. The exact website is unknown. I was solicited by several companies through telephone (calls and text) and email. William from Big Tyme contacted me through telephone text messaging on November 19, 2014. I was given a price of $1000 dollars to have two vehicles transported (2008 Toyota Prius, and 2014 Subaru Forester). This price is similar to other quotes I received. I decided to choose Big Tyme to transport my vehicles.
On Novembor 24th I was instructed by William to talk to Susan Scott to process the delivery. I spoke with Susan, agreed to have my vehicles picked up Jan 3, signed a contract, and mailed a deposit for $375 to 24256 Cedar Ridge Rd, Rapidan, VA 22733. The remaining would be paid upon delivery.
I sent a text message to Susan Scott on January 2nd to determine time of pickup from origin (Chino, CA). She told me the vehicles would be picked up between 1 and 3 pm. I waited at my property at the directed time and nobody showed up to transport my vehicles.
I called and sent text messages to Susan with no answer or reply. I wrote Susan an Email January 6 requesting a refund as I had to find other means of transporting my vehicles. I explained in the email where to send the check.
I called Susan January 8 requesting her to mail me my deposit amount. She told me she would mail out the deposit on Friday.
On Thursday January 15 I suspected the check was not mailed out as it has not been delivered yet. I tried texting and calling Susan with no avail. I decided to contact William, the person who directed me to talk to Susan in the first place. I sent a text message to 540-764-0169, the original number that I was contacted from. He told me that he would look into the situation.
On January 16 I contacted William (through text message) to inquire on the status of my deposit refund. He said he would mail the deposit back the next day as Susan did not mail the check. I contacted William on January 19 (through text message) asking if he sent the check. He did not answer.
On January 23 I called William and he did not answer. I followed up with a text message with no answer.
