This is going to get ugly. My mom recieved an eTitleloan from Whetstone LLC and she overpaid her loan and still has not receiced her reimbursement. It has been 2 months. And she still has not received her title either. She has contacted everyone at Ettile loan & no one can assist her or I should say WON'T assist her. At first, they said the over payment was on it's way to her but we are still waiting to no avail. All I can say to Etitle loan is you picked the wrong family to mess with. We are all attorneys. And this is about to get very ugly for you.
You will be charged with civil theft and we will also charge all the employees involved with my mom's loan & whom assisted her. A police report has been filed and I am posting this for all those that need assistance to get what they are owed from Whetstone LLC. No returning of title for loan can be grand theft. please contact me for further assistance. This company is about to go down. And you can sit on the side lines and watch or you can partipate in a class action law suit of civil theft and grand theft. I am an attorney that doesn't give up and I have only lost 1 case in my 15 years. When I see companies screw people over I never ever give up. Karma is a b****. You cannot take advantage of people.
