I purchased clipper blades and scissors. Not one but all were defective. Josh Lin the manager refused to honor refund/exchange policy clearly stated on receipt. Blamed me told me my clippers were bad. I purchased new clippers at Petco tried blades on new clippers all blades are useless defective worthless.Selling defective merchandise and trying to pawn it off as new or even usable at all is completely untrue. Unethical business practices. Josh Lin manager dishonest and sold me worthless garbage.
