I brought a car from Ga West Auto Brokers on Saturday. The car wouldnt start they said it needed a battery they put a battery in and i drove off the lot. Once i left the lot i called because the car wasnt driving right.. Mr prince(owner) said keep driving its not running correct because it had a new battery. Three days later my 5 year old son and I was stuck on the interstate crying and screaming with cars flying by us. My son and i both were crying. I had it towed. The repair shop said the transmission, transfer case, and electrical system of the car was bad.
I called Mr Prince he chuckled and said yeah good luck with that. Upon looking through all the paperwork in the car he forgot to get rid of the piece of paper from the previous owner that said the transmission is on its way out. So i have the paperwork showing that he sold me a car knowing the transmission was bad. And i asked him (although i thought it was a joke) this car is a good car its not going to break down on 400. No i inspect all my cars i just cant offer a warranty because the car is too old.
After everything i contacted him and said you just defrauded me he said well thats what you get when you buy a car as is. I said i am going to sue you. He said you cant you agreed to binding arbitration. I said well i am going to arbitrate he said i have the paperwork you dont know where or how to arbitrate.
So he targets single moms. This car has cost me everything i had all 4 grand and he keeps laughing. He wont return calls or emails. The finance company totaled the car out. So i spent 4 grand and still dont have a car.
