John Tsaras is the admitted owner, AKA customer servcice, AKA Sales, AKA whatever... Do not use this guy unless you enjoy poor service, inability to meet deadlines and using paypal because he has no professional merchant account set up.
I hired him to print 20,000 postcards and mail them out to a starting list of 3500 clients. This would have been a bi-monthly mailing if they had been a reputable company. I really should have taken a hint when his paypal invoice did not match any of his many qoutes on the same job. (There were many quotes because there were many items he did not ask or discuss with me when I called him for service and a quote to begin with).
He only works by e-mail. He will not call you for any reason. I called him but he never calls back. He only writes e-mails. I have all the ones where he asks for money and gives a quote but somehow none of the e-mails he said he sent when he decided to stall the project because he had "concerns". I only found out he had problems when I called in. The problems were simple ones like when paypal told him they were putting a payment on hold that I had made for over $1000.00. This was an amount he invoiced me to complete the job.
He could have called me so i could drop a check off to him personally or put it in the mail. Bottom line, he didn't want to do the job so he let it sit instead of telling me he couldn't do it. This put my mailing off for three weeks which was critical to a product we were launching. We lost thousands of dollars.
This guy is very unprofessional, and would not refund my money until I told him we would sue him for the money spent plus fees, court costs, lost revenue and much more. I really don't know how they stay in business. You have been warned!
