These guys are liars and will rip you off every chance they get. There's a reason they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/losangelessilico…) Beware of this company and any promises they make you! My ordeal started with a friendly customer service agent named Jasmine. She gave me a good quote and was able to beat all other competitors' prices on my move from Los Angeles to Portland. I requested that my belongings arrive in Portland within 4 days. Jasmine said this would be no problem and that it could be as little as 2 days. They picked up my belongings on a Monday. She told me I could expect my belongings to arrive in Portland on Thursday, and at the latest Friday. The estimate they gave me was for $1050. Midway through packing up all of my belonging, they told me the actual price would be over $1400 based on the volume of my stuff. I expected this might happen so I wasn't too upset. When I got to Portland I was eagerly awaiting my things, but Thursday came and I didn't hear anything from the moving company. I called them and they said my things hadn't even left LA yet. When I told them wasn't acceptable they told me that I must have been mistaken and that there was no way (for the price that I paid) for my things to move from LA to Portland in 4 days. They put the manager/owner on and he told me they weren't contractually bound to deliver my things in that time frame. He never introduced himself and was a complete a*, at times verbally abusing me, yelling, telling me I was delusional, and hanging up on me. He even told me I was welcome to take him to court, and that he would hold on to my things while the court case played out. He told me I could pay another $2000 if I wanted my things by the weekend. He told me that if Jasmine did indeed say I could move my things in 4 days, then he would fire her.
