This company was found so that it was local (it described itself as such), and they did indeed make a delivery. They are not local at all; I suspect they have "ghost" sites all over the continent pointing to their address in MI. They billed our credit card with a one dollar "donation" which was not authorized, and despite their claim to be local, their entire billing was in US dollars multiplying the cost be nearly 30%, plus the credit card company's foreign currency conversion charge of $2.50.
This is a company which I would encourage everyone to avoid, and to report to their credit cards company if there is a problem.
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a sick family member and the store sent a different arrangement, inferior and very uggly. When I received the picture from my family I was in shock.
They charged me $73 for something that I would pay no more than $10.

All through the process of filling out the information of who they were to be delivered to and my personal information etc and the fees which arent' clear due to BIG RED 50% off and 80% off which they do not give you a total.The only way to get a total of cost was s to click the button that says submit.
Once you do this the total shows up and it is to late to do anyting. it was $25.00 more dollars than what it allowed me to believe. False advertisement.
The Arrangement was said to be $29.99 plus other fees with a 50% discount in HUGE RED LETTERS and then another 80% IN Big Huge letters and I was trying to add up all cost with discounts and it just wasn't clear so I hit total to see what the total was and when I did it submitted my credit card number was taken. You couldn't go back to cancel, you couldn't retrack your order. Bam gone !
I emailed to every e-mail address they had immediatley to cancel this order. No response. The only response I received was that my Confirmation number was 6971100619. I then tried calling the next day several times. Some hung up on me others left me on hold.
I was agitated to say the least. In one conversation with their phone girl she said that I would have to go through a process and e-mail one of the e-mail addresses that I already e-mailed to with no reposne to get a form to fill out to get a refund and that it would take me 7 days to get it. Really! it took them a second to get my monies and I have to wait 7 days for a refund? I insisted to speak to a manager which she would not allow me to do. I asked her for the name of the CEO of the Company which she said is against policy and I told her it was public record. Her name was Guenn Gomez in their office in Illinois.
I called back to speak with another representative and He just kept me on hold.
This company gives the illusion of but they are doing False advertisement.
You cannot contact anyone in regards to getting your order cancelled or a refund. Only to take your money.
SInce my frustration and encounter with this company I looked up complaints so that I could let others know to my surprise there were so many against this False Advertisement of a company.
I hope this company has to be put out of business or to do their advertising honestly.
WesleyBerry Flowers.com is a Bait and Switch company, and i found them online trying to find a local flower shope to send out flowers to my grandparents. when i called them they said they delivery everywhere in the US and would give my 40 dollars off my purchase and so i made 5 orders some flowers and balloons. then they said it was going to add up too 335.00 with taxes and fees and i said no way and they adjusted the price because it was wrong then they said i had a rebate 50 dollars off next purchase so i got on there website and paid using my card and then instead of getting a discount of 50.00 dollars they added 50.00 dollars to my transaction. I then called them and for 2 damn days i was on the phone with at least 20 or more reps who just transferred me and made me leave voicemails and write messages and e-mails. You name it i did it, and finally my aunt got a delievery that i was over charged for and it was a different set of flowers that i paid for and i have the pictures one had a dozen roses she got only 6 roses and not the same colors. They took my money and said they would not refund my money. Then on my 5 orders they did not deliever any product they charged me for extra to get it the next day and thier excuse was that they had atotal different order than the one i ordered and they would not fix the orders to make them correct or reund my money and if you cancel your order they will charge you a 30% fee so read the fine print.
This company is crooks and the over charge you take your orders and change them and don't deliver when you pay for that day of service it is a total scam. I filed for fraud charges and doing everything i can too expose them i even have the receipt they sent me that are not my orders at all to my e-mail just Awful experience use Pay Pal, i just didn't know;{

This company claims to deliver flowers. They deducted money from my account, never delivered, and cannot be reached. Since they did this to me I have found numerous complaints online. They had nearly 4,000 complaints to the Better Business Bureau in the last 4 years. It is theft. Buyers steer clear!
My family had a sudden death in the family and we needed flowers delivered on a Sunday and we ordered flowers from this company on the 14th and request the 15th this date was shown as available. We paid for our flowers by credit card which we had to deal with disputing those charges as we never received the flowers not even on the following day which was Monday. We received a order confirmation for all of our orders and a order number. But when you call to inquire you never can talk with anyone. You can leave a message and no one ever returns the call. You can email it doesn't matter no response. I finally spoke with someone today only to be put on hold and they hung up on me. This actually happened to my stepfather as well. Then when they log in your information this allows the system to recognize the incoming call and it's all automated at that point. This is a huge scam they have going on here because the customers presume their orders get to their destination; if they don't check they charge and nothing is ever delivered. This was a horrible time for our family with our loss and then for this pathetic excuse for a company to steal from us and not provide the requested arrangements they need to be put out of commission so they can not so this to any one else. We didn't have time to get anything else for her. These people need to be seriously researched.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. They delivered them to the WRONG address AFTER the funeral was over. I tried for hours to get someone on the phone. They don't answer. I left multiple messages, sent emails. Never got a response back. Finally gave up and am disputing with my credit card yesterday.
To this day, they have never returned my phone calls, messages or emails. I have never had such bad customer service in my entire adult life. And I have never seen such bad reviews from Yelp for a company. THEY ALL ALL TRUE.

Here it is 28 hours later on Sunday, Fathers Day and no flowers have been delivered to my Dad. After many many attempts I got a human to speak with. I wanted to cancel my order since nothing was deliverd and the rep said they can cancel and refund my payment less the handling fees. I said what fee's, nothing was handled because nothing was delivered. They must keep a fee to pay their staff st the customer service department to handle all the complaints! This company is a total scam. The customer service is non existant. I should have stayed with 1xxxxxxxxx. (((REDACTED)))
My elderly stepmother ordered a bouquet of mums for a funeral to be sent express to me. After many phone calls and emails from her and me to Flower Delivery Express (aka Wesley Berry Flowers), I finally received flowers. 2 dozen wilted roses. NOT what she had ordered. Both of us contacted the company numerous times again and this past Monday, I received yet another 2 dozen even more wilted (totally dead) roses. Today, a third 2 dozen wilted roses delivered. The business says they wire local florists but they don't. These roses were sent from their home shops in Michigan to Oklahoma. Called customer service yet again and left another message. I've advised my stepmother to dispute the charge on her credit card and report it to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on this company for ripping off an elderly lady!!!
