Not only did he not offer us any help or reinbusrement he threatened to sue us if we go public. Our houses which are in the same area and have flooded over four times a year and theres rats living in the basement. He greatly exagerated the value of our homes too as we payed well above the comparable price for homes in the neighborhood. He used every shady sales tactic in the book on us and had no remorse about it. His threatening to sue us for going to hilton hyland with complaints to save himself which was the dirtiest tactic i've ever witnessed
