Hi I' lisa I was getting these readings from this wendy Carol or so I thought for over 2 years & all of a sudden the last 8 months the price kept getting higher. The balances were never right . They did'n maqtch the one the previous month. So of course I sent 3 letters & $ every month as of march they have kept my money> They also have been overcharging me for 8 months & applied the sae 4-4-14 20.00 payment for over 5 months when I have been sending 15.00 or 20.00 a month also they keep adding 20.00 to the previous balance. They are very RUDE on the phone to u keep u on hold & hang up on you!! They dopn't even want to try & resolve the problem! They just want to take your money & then say you nevder paid them. I told them to cancelle my acct! & not to send me anything else except my $ fat chance that will ever Happen they are nuts! don'yt ever trust them!! they just want to lie to u & keep your money I've called 6 times left messages get hung up on The state attorneys office should shut them down! it's just a way for whoever to make money shame on u for cheating honest people
