Wendy's/ Trident Foods however doesn't see it this way and thinks you shoud be driving for free and on your time. My question is... Since I'm on my time between locations do I use their van for personal use? Should I go and perform a side job since they're not paying me? If I have an accident in their van ( between locations ) are they going to cover my injuries? Am I considered off the clock since I'm not being paid for my travel time? I would think very carefully before accepting any offer of employment from this company.
