Webhostingpad suspended my account and website because [they say] my account was used to send out spam. This is not true and they refuse to work with me to help resolve the issue. A lawsuit against them was filed through Webhostingpad's registered agent, Scott Haugh. The company officer served was Ann S. Choi. She refused to answer. A default judgement was secured against them. An attempt to serve a motion for periodic payments was made through the same registered agent. Service came back as "out of county". A second attempt was made to serve Ann S. Choi was what was believed to be her residence , Wheaton, IL. This service attempt came back with the comment that the current resident had bought the house from Ms. Choi, the defendant. As of this writing, I would like a current address, residential or other, such that legal service may be made. This assumed she does not pay the judgement and I am not holding my breath.
