Wow, this is a real shock I have used them twice now and they have exceeded my expectations everytime and they have an amazing team of staff who helped me throughout the whole process. I recall their packages and I spent $2000 for my first site and around $4000 for my second. They did not offer $3500 package?

The designs are amazing and my sites are getting great results.

I also get on the spot support via the 1800 number. Their always answers and responds to my emails... I think you must be one of the their competitors haha as I know 4 other friends who use them and we all speak highly of them and have been super impressed.

I approached these guys to do my website and they promised me the earth - they gave me a decent price to start off with ( I am a small business - not a millionaire) and I agreed to their web design pricer of around $3500 for the web design - WELL, you get what you pay for:

Lousy servcie

Really terrible design

poor communication - no phone calls or emails answered

I was slugged for extas with any changes that I wanted to make - and these were frightful.

I was really looking forward to getting my website design and was excited about the whole provcess and how good it could be for my business - I am so so angry and dissapointed right now - I hate writing this stuff but I feel that I need to vent this and tell people how bad my experience with web123 was....

Never use these guys!!

As the Director of Web123, I'm shocked and confused by this review.

As one of the Directors and founders of Web123, I’m truly shocked to read this review of my business. Simon (my partner and other Director) and I both work incredibly hard with our team to provide superior customer service to every single one of our clients.

We’ve invested over $800,000 into our customer service team and our motto is “there are no traffic jams along the extra mile”. Our company culture is all about 100% client satisfaction, we don't settle for less, so I would love the opportunity to discuss these issues if the unhappy client would like to give me a call personally on 1800 932 123 so I can sort it out.

This is only the second negative online review we’ve had in the last 6 years since starting Web123, and the other one was a misunderstanding that was smoothed over with a quick phone call. (It wasn’t even a client who left the other negative review; it was an IT person that wasn’t familiar with our system so a quick training session and phone call sorted out the problem.)

This review is so not how we run our business and it doesn’t even make any sense for what we offer. For example, I find it strange that they said we didn’t answer the phone or email because we offer unlimited phone support Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm at no extra charge so that our clients can call us any time they need help and not be afraid they’ll get hit with a bill for the privilege. Hardly any web companies offer this service – instead they charge for every little support incident. Also, we have 15 people in our office to answer the phones so the only time it doesn’t get answered is outside business hours.

Our designers are brilliant and produce designs that look they are ten times the price. And if we don’t nail it on the first concept (which hardly ever happens because every client normally responds with “LOVE IT!!”) we offer another 3 rounds of revisions to get it perfect. If we need to make changes after the 3rd round of revisions we charge $99 per hour but we haven’t charged this on one single occasion in the last 12-18 months because most clients sign off after the second revision they love it so much.

We even go one step further and offer one free re-design and layout changeover per year, per client for FREE! This is worth $2,000.

And finally, we haven’t sold any websites for around $3,500 in the last 6 months, so it doesn’t make any sense to me why someone would say these things. I would love the opportunity to smooth this over if it is for real but I think it may be a competitor unfortunately trying to make us look bad.

So this review just doesn’t sound like they’re talking about the same company. There is another company with a very similar name to us so maybe they’re mixed up. It’s just not how we roll. You can read tons of happy client testimonials on our website which back up my rebuttal. www.web123.com.au
