I contacted this company because they seemed to have the most competitive rates. After being given a pick-up date for my vehicle is was postponed more than three times. During this process I was blamed (falsly) for getting my paper work signed too late even though the date signed was a full week before.

I continued to call to check and ask if there was a scheduled time for pick up. I kept being put off. I was told that I can cancell but I would not get my $300.00 back if I did. This was NOWHERE in the paperwork I signed.

Eventually I was contacted and told that my vehicle was too tall to ship and I would need to pay an additional $180-$200 for a flat truck. I was never asked the height of my vehicle and it would have been very easy to give this information.

When I reminded him of his obligations and the facts regarding this transaction he (Tom) ended the call by hanging up on me. No possibility of a refund. I was warned by another compay not to pay upfront and I did not listen. Now I have to go through this process and am out $300. I paid for poor customer service and no delivery or service, just a head ache.

We had a similar situation as the person who just posted the complaint on 9/1 and currently working with our attorney to file legal charges against needalllogistics.com and Tom. We are out our deposit, incurred additional costs for alternate pick up and undue stress by the complete unprofessionalism of Tom.

I found We Are About Logistics Inc (they also go by Need All Logistics and Let's Think About Logistics LLC) via a broker and they appeared to be very competitive in pricing. Spoke with Tom who sent me a contract and cover letter to start the process. I paid a deposit that was wire transfered from our checking account. The contract specified a pick up date, but knew there could be a 1 - 2 day delay. The day before pick up (8/12/2014), there was no call from the driver. Tried calling Tom, but could not reach him so sent an email. No response. The next day (8/13/2014), the day of scheduled pick up, I kept calling until I reached Tom live (7:30am PST). Tom nonchalantly informed me that the carrier broke down and no pickup would occur that day. Tom needed to find out new pick up date and would call me back. No call back.

The day after scheduled pickup (8/14/2014), I keep calling again until I reach Tom live. Tom informs me that it will now be the weekend for pick up. I told him we will be out of state by then. Tom then tells me to "just leave the car with a friend; it's no big deal". When pressing Tom for details, since now I have to coordinate with friends, Tom starts to get irrate. Tom goes over the deep end when I let him know I have concerns as I have received no calls to this point with any information. I got "Listen Lady, I will not have you brow beating me"! He yelled some other obscenities and hung up.

I immediately called back; Tom picked up and I asked him why he hung up when I just need details? Tom's response: "Lady, I want you to listen and I want you to listen good. I will not be brow beat by you, you hear me?" No joke; I cannot make this up! When I inform Tom that we are in the midst of a move and need proactive information to be able to coordinate, Tom tells me that isn't his problem and loses it again. This time he yells that the contract is cancelled and it is a $250 fee and hangs up! I tried calling back numerous times, but no response. Even to date, every time I call, no answer.

There was nothing ever sent in writing about the contract being cancelled and we were never called by the driver to coordinate pick up. After waiting a week, we made alternate plans for pick up of our vehicle. We will pay far more than the deposit lost to fight Tom/Need All Logistics, but it will be well worth the time and money. I have never dealt with such a shady company, shady business practice and just downright harrassment from any company/individual doing business with. Stay away from this company and especially Tom!!
