I have a catalogue of emails from this person:
I suggest never to buy from him, never to list with him.
He is unreliable, inefficient, rude, slippery, dishonest and will waste your time and not deliver anything.
My emails demonstrate how many opportunities and benefit of the doubt I gave him,
His lies and deceipt continued.
Finally he apologised, arranged to meet me to demonstrate that he was sorry and genuine and cancelled.
That was the last straw.
The worst ever experience that I have ever had from dealing with realtors all over the world and I am very active.
my advice would be to stay as far away as possible from thie person I can only describe as a rogue.
