I had decided to rent a condo in Panama City Beach in February 2013. I was looking on flipkey and found a gentleman

by the name of Chad Wade, who is also a real estate agent. What luck a trusted member of the community.

I contacted Chad and sent him a security deposit of $500.00, the balance due January 1 2014. I sent the balance,

and stayed there for the month.

When we returned home, there was no deposit from Chad. I emailed him, and he finally returned my email stating

that yes, infact he did owe me the $500.00, and I was to sent him the address??? Anyway, I sent the address, but

I did not receive my deposit, and he refuses to return calls and emails. Chad is aware that I would have to

file with the Small Claims Court, and this would cost a lot of money. The girl at the desk told us to forget it, as would

ost more to collect, and he may not pay, despite the fact this man owns over 10 properties. What a system.....

what a scam he has going, and he is a real estate agent!!! I feel sorry for all of the elderly people out there

that have noway to recover their money, that they have worked all their lives for.
