My husband and I purchased Walmarts phone for their family mobile service. Everytime I made a call it dropped. Everytime my husband made a call it either dropped or said no service. I called customer support which had me do different things on the phone. Still had porblems making calls. I cancelled it and transfered numbers to Net 10. Now I received a bill for 42.04 coming out of my bank account. I feel ripped off because at Walmart I was told when you purchased the sim card the first month came with it. I called about it and was told that wasn't true. I am royally pissed. I would never use them ever again or T-mobile. I

I received a bill from Family Mobile for 79.98 dated March 9 2015. I called to enquire why I was receiving a bill, was told to go to the store to have them verify who I am because I could not remember my pin. I went to the wireless center today, was told I need to call 877-7608760.

I spoke to a Gaby who informed me to now write to T-Mobile because they cannot do anything for me by phone. I am upset because this phone was broken on December 24 2014. I replace it and went with a different prepaid service because t-mobile service was the worse.

I still had days left on t-mobile plan when this happen. I was told that I was supposed to call them and let them know I was ending the service with T-Mobile. This makes no sense to me especially when it was a pre paid phone; I mentioned this to an agent on the phone and was told it's a post paid phone.

I said I don't have a contract and that I am not obligated to pay that 79.98 and to that was told you have a contract and you don’t have a contract. I either have a contracted or don't. It can’t be both. More confuse now than before. One thing I am not confused about is that I will not be paying a bill for my "post paid cell phone" that has been off since December 24/2014.

I started in My Family Mobile on Feb. 21 of 2014 and from day one I had the worst service that I ever had. I was either roaming or I had no service when the coverage maps that the offer said that I was to have the best. I made a total of 10 calls especailly when my phone started messing up and the said that they would not do anything.

The walmart I bought the phone from returned my phone and switched me over to straight talk. I wanted to transfer the number that I had ported from verizon and they would not release it. With that the also held onto my money even though I cut my my service off in march 21st but said for me to call back and they would have refunded the money after they take out there own fees.Even though I had no service from Feb. 21 to Mar.21st.

I was still charged 39.98 a pop and a 25.00 web pack. So now I am out of totals to 144.99 that I have been out and the only wanted to refund 29.98 even though I was not able to use the service. This is the worst Cell Phone Comapy to date.
