Jeff Wallace is a fast talking coward who isn't capable of completing the jobs he takes on. He moves from job to job robbing Peter to pay Paul. No true knowledge of the business and he subs out everything and then takes money off of the top!
Jeff Wallace is a temp agency at heart. He hires You-Tubers and "a" professional. Takes his cut and then pays his crew...sometimes!
He's slow paying his crew and some do not get paid at all. He's a dream seller. I agree with the aforementioned comment and customer. The tile jobs are horrible nor does Jeff care about the quality of work.
He talks a good game but his performance doesn't match his verbal messages. All of the other reviews I've read sound fabricated and unreal compared to the multiple experiences I've had. All customers call him back for repairs and improvements.
I contracted Jeff Wallace, Sr. at Wallace Unlimited Home Services to do renovations at our new home in Dallas, TX. We received an estimate on Aug 20, 2014 and confirmed the job to be done personally with Mr. Wallace that next weekend. Mr. Wallace excepted to have the job completed within 8 to 10 days as stated on his estimate. As of today, October 13, 2014, Mr. Wallace has not completed the work he promised. We paid him in full in September because he said he wanted to pay his subs for their work. Many of them have either called us or complained personallly that they have not been paid for this job and some past jobs as well.
As of today, we have no mirrors in our masterbathroom, our shower leaks, our tile and grouting was installed in a sub-par and unprofessional manner. Our overhead fan has not been installed as promised. Mr. Wallace has made countless excuses regarding his obligations. After he was paid, he made no follow-up calls. We had to contact him to talk about the issues with the renovation.
Mr. Wallace came to our home on the week of October 6th and agreed that the work was done poorly. Her promised to have them corrected on Monday, October 13, 2014. He did not.
I strongly suggest that anyone entertaining the thought of using Wallace Unlimited Home Services for any type of work to move on the another contractor. He will cause you many problems. I have reported him to several agencies and referral services.
