Michael Warfel runs a horrible business. I questioned him on his "no return for any reason" policy and he replied with name-calling and foul language. He's an air-traffic controller out of san diego and moonlights this mail order business on the side. I hope he's good at his day job.
Horrible horrible! This man obviously lacks in customer service. My son bought a plane that came broken was told to glue it with glue. When asked to return and get refund was told at our own cost since we were incapable of following directions on glueing back in slot. We were told to take our attitude and business elsewhere. This man is obviously frustrated that he can't get it together and run a real business outside of his house. He obviously enjoys ripping people off. Hopefully people will take their business elsewhere after realizing how rude and pompous this man is.
I have had one instance where I ordered a product from this individual and have had to wait much longer than expected for products. Incidentally, he charges you for a product immediately for something that won't be delivered for weeks. Additionally, when I tried to arrange an exchange for a different product he tried to impose a 15% restocking fee
Beware!! When I expressed my dissatisfaction these are some of the replies I received (I have the emails to prove it):
Bear with me as I copied the emails in directly and you need to read from the bottom up to start from the beginning...

Sub par service, because your order got processed and there is a penalty that is clearly listed for returned items? How hard is that for you to f***ing understand?

Does it look like I'm Amazon.com jacka**? I don't have a staff of 20,000 and a customer care center that can take care of your stupid mistakes. There is me and one person that processes shipments when I'm not boxing planes. So therefore since I worked graveyard all f***ing last night, they processed your order. Now learn from your mistake you spoiled OC brat and accept the penalty or shove the model up your ass. Your choice and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

Hi
Can you please cancel this order and give me a refund? We ordered this plane by mistake. We are actually looking for a 1:200 scale plane. If you can suggest one we will order that instead.
