I cancelled the service,but they continued to bill me.
I cancelled the service because I was not using it, but they continued to bill me. I paid them for doing absolutely nothing yet they continue to want more and sent me to collections. I have no intention of paying them and will tell as many people as possible about their unethical practices. I bay my bill when due, but I do not owe Voiceconnect a dime, if any thing they owe me a refund. I will dispute any make against my credit aggressively and file a complaint against their collection company as well.
I signed up with this company for their voice connect services. I had to cancel because my cards were hacked. I called and emailed the company numerous times to explain the problem. They just kept on billing and really did not give a rip about what happened. They just wanted their money. No mercy with this group. Then they turned it over to collections. They don't care about resolving any problem, talking to anyone, or even wanting to know what happened. Three months of billing for services I never received. I paid the bill so they would not ruin my credit and i guess they don't give a rip about their reputation.
