I purchased, on line, 2 tickets behind home plate, for the Cardnials @ Marlins on 6/25/2015. They charged my credit card for 4 tickets that were half way between third base and the foul pole. After I recieved the charge in my e-mail and saw that they had charged me for 4 seats I called to try and correct the mistake. They refused to correct the mistake. The person on the phone actually said it would be illeagle for them to do so, while they were trying to bully me. Thier only answer was to put the 2 extra tickets up for sale on Vividseats. Can you imagine that kind of lie while speaking to customers. In addition to chargeing me for 4 seats, they charged me $10 for sending me an e-mailed delivery on the tickets as well as a $13 service charge. I was told that I would recieve those charges back but have not yet seen it on my account.
Vividseats.com Dissapointed with VividSeats! Buy elsewhere!
They sell you one thing and give you another ,bought a seated ticket and they sent me a lawn ticket for a Concert at Filene Center, called them and they couldn't help me, they were no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
On 3/3/2015 we purchased (From Vivid Seats) main floor concert tickets for the Kenny Chesney concert that was scheduled for 3/27/2015 in Nashville TN. We flew from Detroit to Nasville and upon entering the venue were told the concert tickets were fraudulent and they voided the tickets. The said the barcode was for two seperate tickets in the worst section 333 in area M and K - not even togther. I called Vivid from the venue as was told there is nothing they can do and cannot guarantee a refund will be made.
On 2/21/2015, I purchased 2 tickets to NY Yankees pre-season in Box H Row BB. I received these tickets for seat 1 and 2.
Today, March 12th, I receive an urgent phone call from Vividseats. After 20 minutes or so of holding time, I am told the seller has sent me the wrong tickets. Ok. What is wrong with these tickets? I am told that they did not promise the seats 1 and 2. Ok. Where are my new seats going to be located? Oh, we don't know. We don't know the set up of the box, but I was promised two seats together. Hmm. So, I finally after calling around and internet surfing (and I want to add here that Steinbrenner box office personnel was completely obnoxious with trying to find out anything and would not tell me anything PS should all be fired!!!) I found that there are only six seats in the box. So back to Vividseats I go....again...on hold for at least 20 minutes. And they still want me to send seller back his tickets and they will e-mail me my tickets two days before event. They "promise me" that tickets will be in same box. Ok, so why am I sending these tickets back? So their "more important" guests can be sitting together (seats are 3 and 3). And I am sitting in the last row, so where am I really going to be.
So after another interminable hold while they called the seller, I was told....your tickets(that I purchased and paid for 3 weeks ago) are null and void. Bye bye!
I purchased concert tickets from VividSeats online on 12/10/2014 for a Billy Joel concert on 2/18/2015. They added a service charge of 92.70 plus a $5.50 download charge which was not made clear until after they received my credit card information. I immediately contacted VividSeats within a minute of seeing the checkout page to say I was not aware of the service fee and wanted to cancel the order. They said it was and too late because I had agreed to make the purchase.
Buyers should be aware of this practice. VividSeats LTD should be clear about the additional charges and have buyers agree to them before they give their credit card information.
I used vividseats.com to buy tickets to the Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Giants Game. I purchased 4 tickets-1 for me, 3 for my friens. I purchased ticket insurance which was suggested by the website. The insureance claimed that it would cover me if I was unable to attend the event. I did not read the fine print which excluded almost everything.
Two of my friends were unable to attend. I told them not to sweat it, I have ticket insurance. I did not attempt to sell the tickets because I figured that I would be covered. About 36 hours before the event, I contacted the insurance company who informed me because my friends and I were still alive and my house had not burned down, I was unable to make a claim.
The reason I am angry with vividseats.com is that I attempted to contact a manager and never recieved a response. They endorse the insurance agency and recieve interest every time a policy is sold. The insurance is a clear attempt to decieve customers and make more money on every order. Do not ever purchase ticket insurance. The odds of being able to recover a claim are almost zero. I doubt anyone has ever recovered a claim.
If Vividseats endorses a scam insurance policy, the customer should not be responsible for 100% of the financial burden.
My name is John. I bout tickets online and I got ripped off.
I clicked on buy tickets to purchase 1 ticket and later learned they preselected 8 tickets. When I called to cancel, they said a deals a deal. You bought the tickets you can resell them or we can resell them for you. No guarantees you will get your money back,

They are not a reliable company.
