Vitier Skin Care Reviews

Free samples! pay only postage. Beware! Nowhere do they say after 14 days you are charged full, outrageously high prices for merchandise; which is what they tell you when you phone.

Shipped from California I had not had "samples" 14 days before- after charging credit card postage on 6/30/15, just13 days later they charged $85.97 for eye serum and on 14th day, 7/14/15, charged 89.97 for cream.

Merchandise comes in one box with no invoices, "warnings" of any 14-day notifications, or any other directions.

When you see credit card charges and phone them they want the original box sent back to them and offer you one-half of the price charged returned. Beware of Vitier "free samples"!

July 14,2015 i noticed an ad recommending the above name as a sure cure for deep wrinkles along with an acknowledge from dr oz. A few days later checked my account for charges and sure enough it was there $4.95 plus a $90.00 dollar order for a month supply never ordered!

Came in clear small jar with bottom code of:d24 15l

They're still at it! The Vitier Scam.................

I received my samples 4 days ago, so called in to stop additional orders & charges. The representative said they would cancel my membership. I called my creditcard company, & they had put 2 items on my charge! Now I have to wait until the charges post( 4days), & then I can change my credit card number & have the CC company dispute the charge.

I think I have finally learned there will always be crooks, just watch out for yourself.!!!

I ordered on line anti-ageing face cream for a 14 day free trail just pay shipping of $5.97 and then it popped up saying i would get a discount on the shipping it would only be $2.97, so i went ahead and ordered it and then i went to look at my debit card bal and they charged me the $5.97 so i called the company i asked them why they charge me they i was wrong on shipping charges right i there i knew it was going to be trouble ,i told them i do'nt want there product they said they would cancell i looked at my debit card bal again and they took out $42.97 i called them again i asked why they did that i told i want money back i did give permissin to take my money off my card they said when i send the product back they will refund my money but it will take some time they would not let me talk to there superviser .

They present the products so wonderfully and willing to give free products with small S/H charge. They use Dr. Oz and Oprah Winfrey to lure me to open their ad. There is no condition of 14 day limitation on the ad, and after paying my credit card I discover that they charged me about $ 200.00 extra for 2 products. I call and ask them nicely to refund the money but the customer service lady insists that she can refund only 15% and then 25%. After I threaten to expose and suit them that she is willing to refund the money but I have to return the products and incurr the S/H charge. I don't know if they honor their promise but I don't want any body to fall into their deceiful practice. Please do not fall for their trap !

I saw an ad on Facebook for the Vitier Face Cream - it was a trial for $4.97. All you had to do was pay shipping and handling. I read the whole page, didn't go to the website, but ordered it straight from the FB page. Nowhere on this page did I see an auto renew for $89.97, and then another $85.97 for the Eye Serum. I would NEVER have bought the product had I seen this. NEVER. Ordered the product on June 7, and received it a week later. I barely had a chance to use the products - which made my face break out - before I was charged approximately $150.00 for the product. I called Customer Service 4 times, spoke with 4 incredibly RUDE customer service reps, before being able to get 50% of my money back, which still has not been credited to my account. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. How are you going to give someone 2 weeks to try a product if you count from the day it's ordered, makes no sense to me. This company is horrible and should be put out of business.

Ordered free sample for the Vitier skin and eye cream, one for $4.95 and the other $5.95, I didn't see any terms or conditions at all, they sent the product, 12 days later charges totaling 179 bucks one from Advance eye restore and the other antiskin aging appear on my account. I tried to cancel but they said I needed to call within 12 days of requesting sample on the internet, somehow I agreed to the terms and conditions according to them. I don't recall agreeing to any terms of allowing them to charge my account. They offered a 15% discount on the 179 dollars and canceled future charging of my account, and they wouldn't give me a cancelation number, I have to wait 24 hours for the cancelation number to come into may email. total rip off and very sad they are getting away with this.

I responded to an online ad for eye and skin cream. The original charge was for less than $6 for the eye serum and for another $1 I would receive the skin cream. I had 30 days to cancel future orders.

I just balanced my account and found that 14 days after the original purchase they charged my account for $89.87 and $85.97 and today, 30 days later, charged my account $91.94 and 94.94. I have only received one of each product and they have received $361.82.

I called today and cancelled any further charges and informed them I would be making a public complaint.

On the 13th of June 2015. My mother and I watched a video on Facebook about an AWESOME eye cream. The name of the cream was "Instantly Ageless" by the makers of Jeunesse. I click on the site to order a 30 day supply of sample viles. The deal was, you only had to pay $4.95 for the cost of the shipping and handling. If you were unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you had 14days to cancel your trial, to avoid being charged the full month's amount of $89.99 no questions asked. On the day on the 13th of June 2015, my debit card was charged $4.95. Two days later, on the 15th of June 2015, my debit card was also charged $47.00. I had NOT even received my sample in the mail yet. I quickly call the 24/7 customer service line. The phone number was 888-549-1386. The automated system said to please enter the phone number that I had used when I ordered the product online. Once I did that, a live representative named "Anny" assisted me. I simply told her that the company charged my debit card $47.00. She said that she showed no sign and saw no recollection of that charge of $47.00 ever being taken from my debit card. Next, she told me to fax her a copy of my bank statement to prove that the $47.00 was charged to my account. I told her No, I would not send her that personal information. So, she hung up on me. I then called my bank. I spoke to the fraud department and had that charge of $47.00 removed.

The following day, of June 16th, 2015, I received a box in the mail. I opened it up, and it was NOT even the product that I had originally ordered. I pulled out a small "jar" of Anti-Aging eye cream, from the company Vitier Skin Cream. On the 16th of June 2015, at 1:00 pm PDT, I called the customer service line. Once again, the automated system said to put in the phone number I used when I order the product online. The automated teller said that they could not find the order that matched that phone number. Then, the automated teller said, "Let's try a different way to locate your account. Please enter the last 4 digits of the debit/credit card you used when you ordered this product online". Again, NO sign of my account. They company could not locate my account anywhere. Now, it's all a waiting game for me. When the 14day trial is up, I was advised by the fraud protection department at my bank to check and see if my account has been charged the full month amount of $89.99. If it has, then I was to call them back and let them know. From that point, the fraud protection department would issue a dispute letter to the company Vitier, and have all charges removed.

I have ordered other products online, with the same 10day, 14day or 30day trial. If I liked the product I would keep it. If not, then I would return it within the trial period. I never had a problem. This company, Vitier, is a nothing but a BIG scam! I have read so many complaints of other customers going through the same thing as me. I can only hope that this company will soon be put out of business, for ripping off so many people.

I ordered Vitier skin cream on a 30 day money back trial. In 14 days you should have noticeably less wrinkles. That didnt happen so i called well within my time limit to cancel. I was harrassed in to purchasing the product for half off. When i refused and demanded the address and return merchandise number i was disconnected, this happened 6 times in a row. Then when the number was given to me it was said so fast i couldn't understand it much less write it down, this happened 3 times. Currently i have the address but no rma#. This is the worst customer service ever.

This company I ordered only a 1 month free trial and the following month charged me over $200 for more that I did not order. I called the number provided and only a automated machine came on and had no option to talk to an actual person. I now have no way to contact the company to get that money back. Danielle Roskosky

I called and cancelled this free trial offer 5 days after I got it, they said it was cancelled and then billed my credit care for 85 and 89 dollars. I want my money back this is a scam and is taking advantage of people please help me

This company took $ 90 out of my account. I have not seen the product nor a refund which I cancelled the thing and expected to get back. None of the phone numbers I have found works.

Please beware of this company's products online! This is a total scam marketing ploy where they get you to purchase their products as a trial offer, but unbeknownst to the consumer, they actually sign you up for a membership where they automatically charge your credit card for product that they autoship to you. T

They are selling a trial offer for their "miracle" eye serum and face cream, which you can purchase for $4.97 and $5.97. When you submit your purchase, nowhere on the website does it say that you will be inrolled into a membership with the company and be charged $85.97 and $89.97 when they autoship you more product 14 days after you purchased the trial offer.

I initially boughy the trial offer thinking for that price I would try it out. Received the product, and ironically it made my face break out in a massive rash. I thought about returning it, but for such a low cost it seemed like a waste of my time to return it. In the meantime, I threw out the rest of the product because it was unusable. Happened to be online today checking my credit card statement and to my shock saw that Vitier had charged me almost $200 for more product that was now on its way! I called the customer service number- and they readily give you information on how to stop further shipments, but in no way let you speak to a real person. I finally had to dig around on the internet to find out where the information for this automatic enrollement into their membership program is located, which took me 20 minutes of digging. No where on their website could I see this information when I initially purchased the trial offer.

I called customer service again and just started pressing numbers when the autmated voice came on and low and behold got a cs rep. As soon as she "pulled up my file" she hung up on me. Are you kidding me? They must have known I was calling to complain. I called again and instructed the cs rep to NOT hang up on me. After arguing with this cs rep for over 30 minutes about the fact that they are not up front with their policies and I would like to return the product that was currently on its way to me and be refunded my $200 he hung up on me. I have ever other cs rep that I have called back hang up with me. I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau- this is when they all hung up on me.

Please don't fall for this scam! I am out $200 for a product that made my skin break out in a rash, and from a company that obviously knows they are pulling a fast one on consumers.

Requested a free trial supply for shipping and handling, both items sent in the same box but 2 shipping fees charged. 86.00 and 85.00 then charged on my account in 12 dyas, when I called to get a refund for something I did not order they staated they can only give a 50% refund and cancel the subscription, stating there was a terms and conditions box that stated I would be charged after 14 dyas. THERE WAS NO SUCH BOX. THERE WAS NOTHING TO INDICATE THAT THIS WAS ANY KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT.

In my efforts to stay young I fell for this Vitier scam. I signed up for the "free" offer online for their Eye Cream and then was also given an enticing offer of the anti aging skin cream which I agreed to. Didn't read the TINY fine print. It was endorsed by Dr. Oz so I thought that was a good thing. (Dr. Oz's employing hospital is currently under increasing pressure from the established medical community to drop him from its staff because of his expanding role in promoting clinically unproven and unsubstantiated "medical" products.) Well, neither product resulted in any visible change in my skin and my credit card statements got inundated with charges of 89-94 dollars for continued shipments. I called the Vitier eye cream phone number and cancelled. A month later another supply of the skin cream arrived and only thru my credit card company was I able to come up with another phone number to cancel that particular cream. While I signed up for both at the same website, it turns out that it required phone calls to 2 completely different numbers to individually cancel each product. I am presently disputing all of the charges thru my credit card company and was told by my company that mine is only one of a long list of customers outraged by the conduct and deceptions of Vitier. STAY AWAY!!

I tried the free trial and it ended up costing me 86.00. They say to read the fine lines and that is true they are very fine.they only give you 14 days for free trial who can know anything in 14 days.disappointed in product and how they are scamming the people.they said since I cancelled the product it still cost me money please don't say free when I will be paying money .

Vitier Beauty products advertise...TRY their 2 products for $5. But then send you the two products (eye and face cream) automatically for $91/$94 each billed to your credit card.

I called and tried over and over to get them to take back the product and refund me to no avail. They kept saying that it was their policy not to take back product! They offered 15% off, then 35% off and would cancel further shipments...I said no I want to return product w/full refund. They then offered 50% off with no cancellation! I said NO, cancel the shipments. This took about 30 minutes or more talking to a person reading a script, over and over. I finally got them to cancel further shipments and get a refund of 50% off the product price. I am still paying approx. about $100 for the two products.

This is a rip-off. Do not buy these products. I am not saying the product is bad; I'm saying their tatics at getting your money is all wrong. You should be able to return products you don't want! They refused to give me a return authorization and said there was no address to return the product to; and there was no one I could talk to handle any type of a return. This is a rip-off in the truest sense.

They charge me 39.71 dollars for a trial. Vitier anti aging cream and then they charge me again 85.97dollars for products I never received because I cancelled the trial before thirty days.

Hi. I ordered free eye and face cream off the internet for free and pay only shipping. The product came. I was charged $180 for products I never received. I called and let them know I did not receive other products. They said that they couldn't do any thing for me but to remove me from the list and take 35% of my card. This was after I was hung up on. I agreed to that absurd deal. This is such a scam. Please catch and get rid of this bogus company. Brigitte Riverside, Ca

I ordered what I thought was a trail sample as in big bold letters there ad reads where to send your trail today. The order came with a sample of another product. No paper work. My account was charged two seperate charges which was shipping. Two weeks later two seperate large charges appeared on my account. They tell you that it was not a sample and so you have 14 days to sample and then cancel account. This appears nowhere in their ad. They will not reemburse you but will cancel so no more shipments can be made. I said I would never have ordered the product anyway as it burned my eyelids. It is a big scam and bad product!!!!!
