I called to cancel after having paid the shipping fee. I was not satisfied with the product. My bank card has subesquently been charged for $79.37. When I called in today, I was met by a represetnative who could not speak clealry in English. I repeately asked for a supervisor and was told none were available. I told the young woman I could not understand what she was saying, except that she was repeating the same thing over and over. Funally, she offered a 50% refund and asked "Can you understand me now?" She was quite ridiculous. Finally, she agreed if I would return the merchandise, they would grant me a refund. She did give me an RMA number and a PO box address in Santa ANA, California. I have no confidence this matter will be resolved based on her behavior. What a scam. Send you a trial, claim you didn't call to cancel and bill your credit card. Most folks would give up, but this one will not. hese folks need to be stopped!
DKK Cream (product Vitier eye cream). Major rip off. You pay for shipping for trial size. You must call within a 14 day period to cancel. I did so. My bank card was charged $79.97. When I called to complain, I was told this was the value of the trial I had recieved and no record existed of my call to cancel. The representative was not fluent in English and offered no assitance in resolving the matter until I repeateldy insisted on speaking with a supervisor. She finally told me none were available. I persisted. She offerd a 50% credit. I persisted. Finally, she agreed if I returned the product, I would receive a full refund. This was only after I informed her I would report this company for fradualent practices. Although she gave me a RMA number and a PO box in Santa Ana, I have no confidence this matter will be resoloved. The eye cream is certainly not worth the amount charged as it is not effective. I will return the unused portion and wait to see what happens.
