We purchased an 8 camera security DVR system from this company. I have always had trouble with it. Never been able to connect it to the internet. After many attempts I once again contacted the company, as I have done many times. Note this is an overseas company and they are on a different time zone so if you want to place a call you will need to call during crazy times like 2am. So this time I chose to email and wait for a response. Once again I am trying to connect to my internet. I have never been able to log into the system, even with my password I set. I always get an error. Can't access the main main to make any changes. So after over a week of emailing the same question about the password and sending photos of the error, and not being able to access the main main. Each time they respond they send instructions for accesses things from the main menu. I finally get an email that says we can't help you or reset your password. No defult password or a way to reset it, then this statement " I's wondering did you mean you lost your password to log into the your system? " So I guess at best I can only hope something is worth recylding before I trash it. What a waste of time and money. Only yet another reason to try and buy USA made or at least a company you can communicate with.
